What do you need for you healtly and light recipe?
For your olive garden breadsticks and salad you need the following ingredient.
- 60gr pf raspadura (if you can not find it, replace it with very thin flakes of grain)
- 250 gr flour
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 3 late red treviso radicchio Salt
- Extravirgin olive oil
- 5 teaspoon black pepper

The best preparation for our olive garden breadsticks and salad
Let’s start with the preparation of our breadsticks. In a mortar ponded the blackbarries and then mix them with the flour with a pinch of salt, a little portion of water and 45ml of oil. Roll out the dough in a thin sheet with a rolling pin. Than cuti it into strips of about 1x15cm. Transfer them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake the breadsticks in a preheated oven at 320F degrees for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown. Then you can start with the preparation of your salad.
Clean the radicchio by depriving it of part of the root and the outer leaves. Cuti it into small logs, wash it and dry it. Prepare a vinaigrette emulsifying the balsamic vinegar with 6-7 tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt and season the radicchio in the cups. Arrange some raspadura (or parmesan) flakes on the top and serve the salad with the breadsticks, suggeting your guests to crumble some of them in the salad.
