Recipe of the month: soup salad and breadsticks olive garden

What do you need to prepare it?
You can prepare it in less than 20 minutes. The ingredients that you need for 6 breadsticks are the following:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 cups Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum if not in mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
And the soup?

How to prepare our breadsticks
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with a small amount of olive oil. Then whisk sugar, honey, yeast and warm water until the mix bubbly and almost double in size. When the mix is ready add the egg, olive oil and vinegar. Mix all togheter for 3 minutes until smooth. The dough will be too sticky to handle with your hands. With a spatula, scoop dough into a gallon size and then cut a 1 inch diagonal line. Pipe the dough into baking sheet and let the breadsticks rise for 10 minutes, meanwhile heat the oven to 350F degrees. Once ready, cook for about 12-14 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Whisk 1 tablespoon oil and garlic salt together in a small bowl.
Now our breadsticks are ready, add them to your previously prepared soup and enjoy the meal! This is a fantastic warm meal to eat with all your family!
